DESCRIPTION

The CCNS Annual Meeting will be held in Temecula, CA, at Pechanga Resort Casino from January 23-26, 2024. This year, we're excited to collaborate with the Western Region of the International Plant Propagators' Society (IPPS-WR) and the UC Nursery and Floriculture Alliance (UCNFA).

 

Conference Outline:

  • Tuesday, January 23: Kick off the event with CCNS fun activities and a welcome dinner.

  • Wednesday, January 24: Engage in the CCNS conference day talks and panel discussions at the Pechanga Resort Casino.

  • Thursday, January 25: Participate in the IPPS-UCNFA Grower Tour in Escondido and Temecula areas. The day culminates with an evening banquet at Pechanga Resort Casino, featuring special guest, California Secretary of Food and Agriculture, Karen Ross.

  • Friday, January 26: Conclude the conference with IPPS-UCNFA speaking sessions at the Pechanga Resort Casino.

Special Note: Please be aware that on January 24th, concurrent sessions will occur, with separate meetings for both the CCNS conference and the IPPS-WR/UCNFA conference running simultaneously.  Also, the Grower Tour on January 25 and Speaking sessions on January 26 are managed by IPPS-UCNFA.

                                        Registration Instructions

  • The CCNS Events and the IPPS-UCNFA Events will be held separately and tickets a la carte are sold separately. NOTE: IPPS-UCNFA 4 days ticket ($575) and IPPS-UCNFA 2 days Conference ticket ($435) DO NOT include CCNS conference activities.

  • The CCNS Events are scheduled for January 23rd and 24th. Please find the relevant links below for the CCNS a la carte Tickets prices per person and registration. Note - We ask each buyer to complete a form for every ticket purchased. This allows us to gather essential information about each attendee, ensuring the event is organized and tailored effectively. Please be aware that each CCNS member is eligible to purchase ONE discounted ticket for the CCNS conference day on January 24th.

  • Similarly, the IPPS-UCNFA Events are scheduled for January 25th and 26th. The corresponding links for the IPPS-UCNFA a la carte Tickets prices per person and registration are provided below.

  • Tickets for the meeting days on January 24th and 26th, and tour on the 25th, all include breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.

  • Scroll down to locate the form for submitting a POSTER.

  • Please note that if you are a SPONSOR (i.e., a company), kindly proceed to the SPONSORSHIP page for further information. Sponsorship includes 1 admission to the virtual or in-person event. If you wish to buy extra registration tickets (for instance, if multiple individuals from the same company are attending) and/or participate in the Pre-conference CCNS events on January 23rd, 2023, please acquire these additional tickets on this page.

  • Become a CCNS Member to access discounted tickets for the 2023/2024 Conference. Members receive a $75 discount on the event day meeting scheduled for January 24th, 2023.As a member, you will automatically be eligible for these discounted conference registration tickets.

  • Additionally, CCNS Membership grants access to our virtual conference meetings held via Zoom on January 24th, 2023. These will be available for viewing on the CCNS Member page.

The IPPS-UCNFA activities include the January 25th IPPS-UCNFA Grower Tour in Escondido and Temecula areas and the Evening Banquet at the Pechanga Resort Casino, featuring special guest, California Secretary of Food and Agriculture, Karen Ross, plus the January 26 IPPS-UCNFA Conference with speaking sessions at the Pechanga Resort Casino. NOTE: The IPPS program offers a variety of package options.
